You can connect with any softphone to our service. We recommend using the free and open source MicroSIP softphone
On the my.callcenterok portal, go to the "SIP gateway" section
The gateway you created earlier and information about it will be displayed. Copy the value of the sip username and sip secret fields
Using this data, enter your account settings in MicroSIP settings
SIP server: pbx01.callcenterok.com
Port: 55060

Please note that our SIP servers operate on the port udp 55060, rtp=10000-20000, codec g711alaw
